Large box labeling detection workstation

Scope of application

It applies for printing three-date, one-dimensional code, two-dimensional code labels used on carton packaging products. The docking equipment includes automatic packing machine, semi-automatic packing machine, sealing machine, etc.

Product overview

As an intelligent device integrating code printing, box labeling and packaging detection, the large box labeling detection workstation is capable of automatically scanning and uploading information and data to the code assignment system, featuring stable operation, low noise and convenient operation. Workstation is provided with an alarm system to ensure data integrity, and OCR and OCV vision systems are integrated. The products failing to pass in scanning will be removed in different lines and the association will be canceled, thus to make a 100% pass rate.

Instaprint: with simple layout of the production site, allowing instant printing and product labeling in the production line.
Diversified labeling methods: various labeling methods such as pneumatic, air blowing, right-angle labeling and corner labeling available to meet the requirements of different production lines.
Positioning labeling: high labeling accuracy as the unique structural device can effectively reduce the labeling accuracy error and ensure the accurate labeling position.
Remote intelligent control: remote control and management, saving the site configuration of a control computer; able to realize the connection of system databases to achieve real-time data management and system integration.

Automatic lifting device

Automatic adjustment: with the configuration of French Schneider servo motor, PLC controls height automatic adjustment during operation to respond to different sizes of cabinets.
Handwheel auxiliary: auxiliary position is adjusted by the handwheel and a clamping device is provided.

Safety protection device

Zero injury protection: the safety design conforms to the industry standards, opening the safety door is prohibited during production and operation, which will effectively prevent personal injury caused by improper operations. If the safety door is not closed during working, a warning will pop up on the touch screen, and then the warning light will sound to remind the staff to operate safely.

Conveyor belt

Adjustable speed: frequency conversion speed regulation, 5-40m/min constant speed regulation is adopted for the line body control.
Adjustable tightness: in the synchronous belt drive mode, the tightness can be adjusted.
Adjustable angle: stainless steel grinding shaft roller is used as the main roller shaft, which can increase the friction force, and the tension and parallelism are adjustable in 3 angular positions.
